Summer is going out with a major bang! The last full week of the warm-weather season features some seriously rockin’ livestream shows, including one by The Killers, and a weekend of music from the long-running industrial music festival Cold Waves.

Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, artists around the world have been canceling shows to help prevent spreading COVID-19, which has led to the deaths of more than 193,000 people just in the United States to date. Instead, they’ve been doing livestream concerts from home and empty venues, while music festivals have done the same, with some also featuring rare footage of past shows.

Below is a list of the livestream music events happening the week of Sept. 14 that you can enjoy from the safety of your own home. We’ll add to the roundup as additional events are announced.

Sept. 15: The Killers will perform as part of Pandora LIVE. The free show will feature old hits as well as songs from their latest album, Imploding the Mirage. “Our people: We were hoping to share our stuff the old fashioned way, but like everyone else on planet Earth, we’re having to adjust” the band said in a statement. “We’ve gone virtual! Thanks to our pals at Pandora, we were able to do such a thing. Hope you like it!” The show kicks off at 9 p.m. ET; RVSP for it here.

Sept. 18: Lamb of God is performing for the first time the entirety of the band’s latest self-titled release on Sept 18. from their hometown Richmond, Va. The sets begin at 5 p.m. ET, with a pre-show kicking off an hour earlier featuring a Q&A with the band, as well as a set from Bleed From Within. Tickets are $15, and limited edition merch/ticket bundles are also available at the band’s website.

Sept. 18-20: Industrial music festival Cold Waves is going virtual this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. The event will feature live presentations from Meat Beat Manifesto, Cyanotic and more; rare footage of performances from Front Line Assembly, OHGR, 16 Volt and others; classic industrial music videos; and much more. The event streams free on Twitch, and begins at 8 p.m. ET each night.

Sept. 19: Ruth B. is performing a 10-song concert in Minecraft to help encourage girls to use their science, technology, engineering and math skills to help build a concert world in the video game ahead of the event. The show begins at 8 p.m. ET in Minecraft, and can also be streamed on She Can STEM’s YouTube channel.
