PM Modi to inaugurate Ayodhya airport, hold road show on December 30 | India News


AYODHYA: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a road show in Ayodhya on December 30 and address a huge public gathering after inaugurating the newly constructed Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram Ayodhya airport and Ayodhya railway station.
“The PM will show a green flag to the rails. After that, PM Modi will address the public meeting on the ground next to the airport.He will travel from the airport to the railway station, so it will be in the form of a roadshow. Arrangements are being made to welcome him,” divisional commissioner Gaurav Dayal said.
According to the official information, the PM’s road show will be around 15-kilometre-long, and it will pass through NH-27, Dharam Path, Lata Mangeshkar Chowk, Ram Path, Tedhi Bazaar, Mohabra intersection to Ayodhya railway station.

A review meeting was held with the top officials of the district as well as the officials of the Ram Mandir Teerth Kshetra Trust on Saturday.
“All facilities are available in hospitals. The CM is also reviewing it. For high-end services, we will keep a backup plan from here to Lucknow. The PM is coming on December 30. The airport and railway station which have been readied for the first phase are going to be inaugurated. According to estimates, after January 22, approximately 50,000-55,000 people will come to Ayodhya daily and the administration is busy preparing for the same,” Dayal said.
District magistrate Nitish Kumar said, “The PM will inaugurate the Ayodhya airport first. Then he will move to Ayodhya railway station while holding a road show. He will flag off the Vande Bharat and Amrit Bharat trains. After this, the PM will return to the airport by road where he will address a public meeting.”
According to sources, Modi will stay in Ayodhya for 2 hours, from 12 noon to 2 pm. He will arrive in the temple town by a special flight soon after landing of the maiden flight at Ayodhya’s newly built airport at 11.20 am.

In view of the security bandobast, leaves of policemen and other security personnel have been cancelled until December 30.
Police have issued a notice to the owners of houses and shops on both sides of the PM’s road show route and around the railway station, seeking information about their family members and their identification.
